Appointment Guidelines 2022

We’ll be BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND TAKING WALK-INS

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you’re looking for a walk in, its helpful to let us know you’re coming so we can let you know if we do have an artist available

• Ring the doorbell if the door is locked when you arrive. Please be patient as we are currently operating without front desk staff, so an artist will come and assist you as soon as they are available. 

• We ask that you bring only one support person to appointments.

RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN A CLOSE CONTACT OF A POSITIVE COVID-19 CASE.

• Please consider this in advance of your appointment and reschedule if you are feeling unwell.

• Follow the most up-to-date COVID-19 guidance on isolation requirements and recommendations for close contacts or positive cases.

Clients must sanitize their hands when they enter and when they leave the shop and practice proper hygiene at all times

• Handwashing stations and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the shop.
